I’m with tcs for over twenty five years

TCS management Executives at Top(VP and Above) is filled with one community sect of tamilnadu. As indian citizens when we can’t tolerate the community in politics (Gandhi Family or DMK Family for Tamilnadu) how is that ratan tata is tolerating such a blatant community domination throughout tcs.

This community dominance has definitely spoilt a harmonious climate within TCS ever since Ramadorai, Chandra and Mahalingam were elevated to top somewhere in 99-00

It also creates wrong impression on “fair employer status” established by Tata

To mention specifically, foll would bring more light on this suspected charge requiring thorough investigation

This is only the tip of the ice berg to prove that TCS top management is inclined towards one specific community as the above individuals belong to one community in TN.

I have not disclosed the delivery centre heads throughout India as well as other countries. These are mostly headed by the same community.

You can imagine the plight of those employees which is 70% of TCS strength of 80,000 plus deployed in delivery if he or she does not belong to the same community. You can presume the relevance of performance appraisal even if you performed truly to your sole and heart

Is TCS (TATAS too) an equal opportunity to all communities and castes

Will ratan take a timely cleaning up initiative in TCS top mgt to weed out community inclinations in TCS??
