If you are looking for a new “read-it-later” app, I highly recommend Omnivore. It’s cross platform with a web client, an iOS app and an Android app (in early access). It’s also got unlimited highlighting options that also sync with Obsidian.

Here are a few tips on importing whole articles instead of just highlights into Obsidian plus a tip on filtering out newsletters if you are using Omnivore for that.
